Company operations, product manager for Intouch Receipting k-12 segment

Arnold graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting with a computer science minor. He passed the CPA exam and worked in the public accounting industry for several years involved in tax, audit and management consulting services. Arnold worked in the construction / development industry as a controller and in a finance capacity prior to acquiring HD Baker in 1992.

His strongest professional interest is in providing clients more efficient management, accounting and administrative services with appropriate software applications. InTouch Receipting is an ongoing professional challenge as we bring more innovation and opportunities to our governmental customers. Arnold enjoys the interaction he has with customers pressing us to build better and better applications in more diverse environments. He thought long ago that a career is a balance of really enjoying what you do (since you spend most of your life in your job), and InTouch has provided him this balance.

Personally, Arnold enjoys traveling with Diane on our remote scuba trips and a ski trip when the snow is fresh. He enjoys camping with the family and spending time on a dirt bike on easy mountain trails.

Trainer and Marketing Support
 
Diane has worked HD Baker POS, for over twenty years. She has held numerous positions over the years, from Marketing Manger to Accounting, Office Manager and Help Desk for various software programs. After many years working with school districts in a legecy software accounting program, Diane was invited to join the InTouch Team at inception. Diane is currently Vice President, InTouch Project Manager, Trainer and Financial Consulant/Sales team. Her favorite part of her job is helping customers realize the potential InTouch has to save time, streamline operations and make everyone's job easier in the school district.

Diane holds a second degree black belt in five martial arts, including TKD and Judo. She also enjoys skiing, hiking and scuba diving around the world (in warm water!), with her scuba club. Her most unusual dive trips so far have been to Australia, Palua, Yap, Indonesia and Honduras. She also enjoys camping in the 5th wheel with her family and scrap booking.

Sales IBM Hospitality/Retail Systems

Johnny is a veteran of the POS industry. Beginning his career with HD Baker. Most of his marketing career has been with HD Baker with the exception of some time as West Coast Regional Manager for IBM retail solutions that included Loss Prevention Systems and then direct marketing of Aloha Hospitality Systems. He rejoined HD Baker in 2004. There are not many aspects of retail operations he is not familiar with. The extensive knowledge in system design and store operations makes him the best source for advice and recommendation for a Point of Sale solution. He is skilled in the development of the business relationship that includes trust and a solid foundation on which to build your solution.

His off time and hobbies includes many activities. Most importantly is his passion for music. Johnny is avnet drummer, guitar and most recently keyboard, woodworking and family time.

 Project Manager all projects
 
Jeff prides himself on being there for customers. He loves meeting new and old customers of HD Baker and getting to know each and every one. He finds it exiting knowing that all the products HD Baker has to offer help our customers. From advanced security, to the best equipment around; IBM.

Jeff’s primary role at HD Baker is coordinating projects ans seeing thme through to completiion. One of his first job responisbilities was contacting current customers. By now Jeff thinks he has talked with every HD Baker customer. Jeff feels that it is great hearing the honest truth from our customers. He listens to our customers and take notes on everything. He follows through to make sure that jobs are done and in the end we have yet another happy customer.

Jeff enjoys fishing, camping, music, and anything outdoors. He has been involved in music for nearly a decade now playing the Trumpet, and is now in the process of learning piano. During the summer you can find Jeff on a lake fishing or in the mountains camping. He enjoys to travel as much as time allows.
