There are no per swipe fees or monthly fees to pay when using this included module. The program can easily be designed to also track pre-paid cards that are equally popular by most busy customers.
Frequent Diner
       Frequent Diner awards module is another marketing tool that is always popular with customers. Rewarding your best customers or offering incentives to spend with you is part of our system. Rewarding loyalty is a big reasons customers return.
       Various programs can be design by you. For instance, buy 10 drinks get your 11th free. Spend $50.00 get a $5.00 gift card. Spend 100.00 and receive a 10.00 coupon. The database of your customers can be queried for birthdays or anniversaries for additional promotions as you choose.

Integrated Payments
       Future POS comes prepared to manage credit and debit payments using Mercury Payment Systems or Sterling Payments. The software is provided by each. Integrated credit cards sales and tips will be tracked through Future POS. Server reports maintain “tippable” sale information and reported tips as required by law. 

Time and Attendance Labor
       Employees can clock in and out. Labor reporting to sales gives you the proper prospective of over all performance. This will give you the ability to report on the sales and profit of this item. Future POS also gives you the ability to build the recipe for this item that will then report actual usage of your inventory. This is a much more involved type of maintenance that is your decision to implement or not. We typically find our users will work into this once they become familiar with the entire system.

Interfaces
       Integration to financial and full featured food costing programs is incorporated into the base package.

• Accounting: popular packages like Great Plains, Mass90, Peachtree and Quick Books are able to import information directly from Future POS. End of day procedures will create a text file of financial information recognizable by these packages. 
  
• Inventory:  robust and full featured food costing programs likewise will import item movement for more detailed analysis directly from Future POS. Chef Tec, Menu Link and Food Trak are able to import the text file created by Future POS of your items sold.

       Future POS will be of tremendous help in this area. If you use profit center reporting, separate menus can be developed providing exact sales, costs and profit for this area of your business. Orders can be taken by phone and settled by credit card, or on account (AR).

Ease of Use
       Your cashiers, management and servers who will operate the system for placing and closing orders will become experts in a matter of minutes. With your input it is our responsibility to program the screen sizes and layouts so it is truly functional and easy to use. Coaching 
       Part of our commitment to you is to help you manage these system features and capabilities to effectively utilize the Future POS system. We propose a ramping up stage approach, implementing each tool with a planned execution and means to measure its individual success.

        For instance Beverage Enforcement can be immediately put in place. This requires a beverage to be selected for every food item that is sold. Even if the customer elects to have no beverage or only water, the cashier or server must indicate this. This surprisingly shows big increases in beverage sales.

        Another fairly simple strategy for increasing sales is Sales Contest rewarding whoever sells the most of a featured item. This is just the simple practice of promoting your items by simply asking if your customer would like to try “our specialty product served fresh”. Future POS will produce reports to monitor the effectiveness of these areas for increased sales potential.
